About the Author

This writing adventure began as a dare to myself to check off an item on my bucket list. When I was a teenager, I wrote in my journal that I wanted to write and publish a book one day. This dream was long forgotten and life went on in a different direction. However, after moving across the country for a family job relocation, I found that old journal in a packed box and took it as a sign to take the leap of faith to begin a new journey into the world of writing.

I have lived in several regions of the United States, from the South to the Midwest, to the Mid-Atlantic Coast, and you will find little pieces of all those places embedded in my books. My hobbies include sports, being in nature, traveling, and, of course, reading. Therefore, you can rest assured my characters will undoubtedly enjoy similar pastimes.

My wish is that this new path is a long one where I will have the opportunity to write stories that allow you to disappear from your reality for a few hours. My greatest hope is that my words fill your heart with a little peace, hope, love, and happiness.
